It doesn’t need to be scary, however, to the contrary – human beings have evolved by constantly pushing our limits. And in the 21st century, that’s even easier to do as we now have access to previously unimaginable healthcare and scientific prowess.

If all you want is to lose a little weight then some light exercises and a standard diet can do the trick. However, if you want to lose more than just several pounds, the best way to do that is by going all the way.
There are lots of ways to train your musculature but all of them rely on pushing yourself as hard as you can (1). Doing light exercises can give your muscles some volume but it will also take a lot of time and won’t give you much more than just size (2). If you instead choose to train harder you’ll get much more strength much quicker.

Do you want to finally get that “beach body”? Because – depending on what your dream beach body looks like – it’s either impossible or will take way too long unless you start pushing yourself right now. Besides, the more you push yourself, the more your definition of a desired body shape will change. Why settle for what you “realistically” dream about now when you can have something even more than that?
